  75. like the one pictured.  To select
  76. a menu item, move the arrow to
  77. the word, then click the left
  78. button.  
  79.     Often, a sub-menu will appear
  80. below the word you have selected.
  81. To select an item from a
  82. sub-menu, once again, point to
  83. the word you want, and click the
  84. left mouse button. 
  85.     If you have want to cancel a
  86. sub-menu without selecting
  87. anything, move the arrow away
  88. from the sub-menu, out of the
  89. window, or into the client area
  90. (pictured as white here) and
  91. ~
